One workspace for
the whole company
Projects and boards, the people who staff them, the customers who pay for them, and the desk that answers when something breaks. In one place, sharing one set of records.
No credit card required · Free plan includes unlimited tasks
The platform
Five things most companies run separately
Each of these is usually its own subscription, its own login and its own export. Here they are one workspace, and they can see each other.
Work
Everything from a backlog item to a shipped release, on one timeline.
- Projects
- Kanban boards
- Sprints
- Milestones
- Dependencies
- Time tracking
People
A full HRIS, so the org chart and the work plan are not two guesses.
- Employees
- Time off
- Onboarding
- Reviews
- Payslips
- Recruitment
Customers
Pipeline and campaigns beside the work they turn into.
- Companies
- Contacts
- Deals
- Activities
- Campaigns
- Lead scoring
Support
A desk your customers can reach without an account of their own.
- Tickets
- Categories
- Threaded replies

Communication

- Reactions
- Calls
- Notifications
And the connective tissue
Files, automations, analytics, audit, imports, webhooks and a public REST API - the parts nobody puts on a pricing page and everybody needs by month three.
Features
Everything your team needs
A complete toolkit from backlog to shipped - and from a first reply to a renewed contract.
Multi-tenant by design
Every workspace is isolated at the row level. Invite your team, set roles, and nothing leaks across a boundary.
Real-time notifications
Server-sent events push assignments, mentions and due dates the moment they happen - in-app and by email.
Automations
Rules that watch for a trigger and act on it, so the status change that always follows another one stops being somebody’s job.
Integrations
Slack and Teams, Google and Outlook calendars, SAML single sign-on, and outbound webhooks with signed deliveries and rotatable secrets. Bring existing work over with a one-time import from Jira or Trello.
Analytics and reports
Dashboards over your own data, and scheduled reports that arrive by email on a cron you choose.
Files that keep their history
Versioned uploads on S3-compatible storage, with presigned URLs and share links that expire.
AI where it earns its place
Turn a sentence into a task with the right project, assignee and due date already filled in.
An API and your own keys
Everything the app does is a documented REST endpoint. Issue a key, read the OpenAPI spec, build against it.
Works with Claude, ChatGPT and your other AI apps
Connect them in a minute and ask about your projects, pipeline and support queue in plain language. They act as you, only where you and your admins allow.
Getting started
Three steps, about a minute
You will be looking at your own workspace before you have finished deciding whether to try it.
- 1
Create your workspace
Name it, and you are in. No card, no sales call, no scheduling a demo before you can see the product.
- 2
Turn on what you need
Start with boards and projects. Add the HRIS, the CRM or the support desk when you actually want them - the rest stays out of the way.
- 3
Invite the team
Send invites, set roles, and let single sign-on handle the rest. Everyone lands in the same workspace with the right access.
Security
Built for a workspace that holds salaries
The HRIS holds salaries and the CRM holds your pipeline, so isolation is not a feature we added late. It is the shape of the database.
- Encrypted third-party credentials
- Signed, replay-safe webhooks
- Per-workspace rate limiting
- Scoped, revocable API keys
Row-level isolation
Every record carries its workspace, and every query filters on it. A cross-workspace read is a 403, not a lucky miss.
SSO and MFA
SAML, Google and GitHub sign-in, with multi-factor available on every account. Short-lived access tokens, refresh in an httpOnly cookie.
An audit log you can read
Who changed what, and when. Written asynchronously so the record never slows down the request it describes.
Roles, and rules beyond roles
Role-based access on every endpoint, plus attribute-based policies for the cases a role was never going to describe.
Pricing
Pay for the size of your team, not the module count
Every plan includes every module. What changes is how many people, how much history and how much of it you can automate.

Questions
The ones people actually ask
If yours is not here, the form below reaches a person.
Do we have to use all of it?
No. Most teams start with projects and boards and never open the payslips screen. Modules you do not use stay out of the navigation; nothing nags you to complete a setup you did not ask for.
How is our data kept separate from another company’s?
Every row belongs to exactly one workspace, and the workspace is read from your signed session rather than from anything the browser sends. A request for a record outside your workspace is refused, not filtered.
Can our customers reach us without an account?
Yes. Each workspace gets a public support portal where anyone can file a ticket and look up its status with the ticket number and their email address. No sign-up, and no access to anything else.
Is there a free plan?
There is. It covers unlimited tasks and does not ask for a card. Paid plans add the heavier modules and higher limits, and you can move between them whenever you like.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Projects export on demand, and the REST API reaches everything the interface does - so a full extract is a script you can write and run yourself, not a support request.
How do we get help?
Write to [email protected], or use the form below. A person reads it, and usually answers within one working day.
